Authorized Purpose:

Flock Safety for Seastrand HOA security and crime deterrence.

 

Authorized Users:

Homeowners in the HOA who have been registered by the Treasurer/Admin to log on to the Flock Safety system.

Training is not required to log on and review site results.

 

Monitoring & Oversite:

Only authorized users can review the site data.

Flock Safety System is audited quarterly by the Treasurer/Admin monitoring the system.

Compliance with established security and privacy laws are to be enforced.

 

Data Sharing & Disclosure:

Only authorized users are allowed to share pertinent data by communicating the data shared with the Admin or HOA Board..

Request by a non-registered homeowner via the Treasurer /Admin could facilitate the  sharing of data.

Any transfer of data by registered users should be shared with the Admin / HOA Board. This to include San Rafael Police Department, or any government body, who do not have access to Seastrand HOA Flock Safety data.

 

Responsible Party:

Seastrand HOA Board, Treasurer, President and Secretary are responsible for compliance and implementation.

 

Data Accuracy:

Communication to the HOA Board should questions arise about any issues related to  data accuracy or errors, will be investigated along with Flock Safety.
 

Data Retention:

Data is retained for 30 days and then wiped once a new period is started.  Flock Safety will regularly delete data each period.
